Indeed, it is our view that if you think a candidate is perfect, then you probably do not know them well enough.
We can provide this service as a stand alone offer, working in parallel with any other advisers or process.
360° Feedback for development
Comprehensive references can also be conducted as part of a development programme for your leaders with potential, as a 360° feedback exercise.
Should you wish, we can give your leaders their initial feedback. We do this in a constructive and motivational way to ensure that both strengths and development areas are heard and processed.
