We founded the firm to partner with clients at the most critical times when the stakes are high. We bring a combined 40 years of experience of problem solving in one of the world's leading advisory firms.
We have both worked as leaders in companies as well as acting as advisors. We understand how critical it is to choose and develop the right senior executives to have impact in a business. We also know how challenging the mandates of the most senior leaders can be and understand the complexities of dynamics and communications at ExCo and Board level.
We are completely independent. As we do not offer search services, we have no conflicts of interest. Our goal is simply to provide you with high quality insight and support.
